Tynedale somehow beat the rain and Alnmouth & Lesbury to pip Newcastle City and win the NTCL.In a 25 overs game A&L managed 107/9 which the Hexham based club knocked off in the 21stvl over for 109/4.Thus gaining 29 pts to overtake Newcastle City who had 5pts for a cancelled game at Swalwell.Tynedale 490 pts to Newcastle City's 482 pts . Fair play to A&L who technically had nothing to play for .
