Ballard has improved us, we had to buy Clarke this summer (people seem to forget that) . The young lads will need a bit time but we'll see how it goes when then they bed in. I'm fairly confident the likes of Diallo, Ba and Michut will be assets for us. Bennette might take a hit longer than those 3 though

Truth hurts pet. Transfer window has been very poor and Mowbray is just a yes man.

I felt he was isolated too often - especially when Cirkin went off. Stewart would have given him some movement and link up play. There were some bad decisions and bad execution all over the park last night. It's a shame. Pritch should at least be testing the keeper. Score that and the game has a different complexion.

It's no surprise and ya'd probably have to say it's to Clarke's credit that Jones was MOTM.

I thought we were wasteful all over the park. I said the same thing during the Rotherham game but we're desperate to do everything 100 miles an hour. I'm all for being brave and looking for that killer pass, but sometimes you've got to be patient as well, and we're not very good at that. We want to be so quick on the transition all the time that we end up giving the ball away too often. Even at 3-0 vs Rotherham we're still at it - just calm down and control the ball. Our fitness levels might be better for it.

Completely agree with that. Pritchard is a quality player but he's trying too many of those passes recently

How has Ballard improved is??
 
I’m not suggesting Ballard isn’t a good fit.
He isn’t available at present.
The transfer window was terrible overall.
 
Struggling to see how we have had a "terrible" transfer window when hardly anyone has seen the new lads play.

Ballard looked good but got injured and everyone seemed to agree it was a big loss?

Do we not give anyone time now?
