But if you are an away fan coming from the north your route to Anfield or Goodison was a pretty depressing one. North Liverpool is a dump. Whereas South Liverpool (Aigburth, Allerton, Mossley Hill) are lovely. CIty Centre is also fantastic.

It’s beyond my understanding if I’m honest. KSA have released a statement saying they’ll investigate but it seems to be the norm.

If I was a mag I’d have huge problems as however hard I tried to defend my or my club’s position because horrors like this get revealed to the public. A friend of a friend got hoyed into a Saudi Prison and his story is similar. Guards just do as they want with no monitoring etc.

Football is/was a working mans sport. You look at north eastern football teams way back and they all included pit folk. Sadly now the average man is being priced out and corporate is becoming the norm. Wasn’t it Roy Keane who mentioned the prawn sandwich corporate brigade?
