@biggieHold on then biggie.
Gallagher scored 1 less goal last season for Blackburn than broadhead did for us. Yet Mowbray only finished 8th because of Diaz but that doesn't apply to Neil and Stewart?
Then you said we were lucky, yet Neil is a great manager and Mowbray only finished 8th because of Diaz again?
You haven't got a clue man. Tying yourself up in knots.
As I say, I'm more than happy til the end of the season. However, I reckon we would end up a mid table side under him which would lead to the likes of Stewart being away.short-termism may well be the intent...i would expect another 12 month rolling see the season out and re assess
Makes a massive amount of sense given ANs timing
Did you miss the part where I said last decade mate?
I think a few people are taking it way too far and because I think he will be a steady pair of hands, especially for our first season in the league. I just don't see us really pushing on under him. It'll probably slightly regress from what we've been seeing over the last 6 months in my opinion.The amount of disrespect to a dignified experienced manager who has been doing a good job in Championship for years on here is poor.
Why end of the season....this season is only a handful of games in!As I say, I'm more than happy til the end of the season. However, I reckon we would end up a mid table side under him which would lead to the likes of Stewart being away.
I know I'm looking far too far ahead so, of its a contract til the end of the season then look to really have a go, absolutely fair enough.
Doubt it, end of season is my guess.This will be an interim appointment - 5 to 10 games - until we can recruit a permanent manager.
Is it f#ck. It might not be the appointment you want but that comparison is just daft.…This is like the Parkinson appointment all over again
Yet he keeps us mid table or higher be lauding him come MayThis board is getting beyond ridiculous. The amount of pathetic whinge bags is unbelievable.
9 and a half years agoDid you miss playing for Swansea was in the last decade?
His first season (when he was good) was over a decade ago, it was 2011. His second season he scored 3 goals in 18 games.Did you miss playing for Swansea was in the last decade?
What if it's just a short term thing until the end of the season and then they've got more time to look for a suitable long term appointment? I suppose we will find out soon enoughMint. The clubs ambition confirmed.
Do a better job than the clown who is contemplating given Tony fcuking Mowbray the managers jobLove all the managerial appointment experts on this thread, maybe the club should look on here to find their next recruitment officer.
Thing is though, it's NOT a generalisation.It was a clear snipe mate, let's be honest. Also, that is a huge generalisation, I for one don't regard us as that at all. Look at the poll. The clear prefeered candidate is a bloke currently managing in League One.
