We may very well have put out feelers for the likes of Dyche and Bielsa and been turned down. Hopefully Mowbray keeps the ship afloat and in a year or two we can upgrade.

I'd be happy with him tim the end of the season, certainly as he's steady-away.
I was just hoping for a younger, more progressive manager who could grow with the players.
I've absolutely no doubt he'll have us well away from trouble and I'll be over the moon with that, I just can't see anything beyond that and it smacks of short-termism.

To be honest that would suit the club down to the ground.

We’ve obviously not got the ambition / money to go for promotion in the near future so consolidation is the height of the ambition.

Once you accept that Mowbray is a reasonably safe appointment
