Seems a pretty reasonable response to the Ashley era tbh.

However, I cannot help noticing that your new owners do far worse than mistreat employees and make questionable appointments. And as for renaming the stadium - recent polls show a majority of your fans are now in favour, as long as enough money for players comes in.

That suggests to me that perhaps the league position and standard of football was the main thing for many of your fellow supporters, if not yourself.

Do feel sorry for him though. That is quite a moral dilemma - vaccine and work or no vaccine and starve. Not judging but the kid is close to illiterate so how has he arrived at that decision.

The two things are related and the Saudis know it. They tried to engage fans in Manchester and Liverpool and got told where to go.

That place turned out to be NUFC, everyone has a tipping point beyond love for their club such as having a roof over your head looking after your family etc.

These are the cracks that let the Tory/Saudi alliance in, the same cracks the Tories forced open in the first place.

I have no idea what the age of consent is in various counties and I don’t want that in my history!

But When your first reaction is “worrabout when he is 50” it is not recognising that right now she is a child according to our society norms. I guess he doesn’t have a daughter of his own.

For a supposedly left-leaning, Labour Party supporting media outlet like Trinity Mirror, I am surprised they should be happy to sit so comfortably alongside Sports Direct with its zero hour contracts and Newcastle United with Wonga on the front of the shirt and a toxic relationship within its generally, left-leaning, Labour Party supporting catchment area. Then I think of Piers Morgan and conclude perhaps they exist in the same moral vacuum as The Sun et al.
