It's ran like no other business I've ever encountered.Hard for some people to take but the club is still ran like a pub team. From the club shop to the ticket office not to mention this owner hiding behind a 'sustainable model' and spending fekall.
He’s very very lucky to have stumbled upon Alex Neil.Hard for some people to take but the club is still ran like a pub team. From the club shop to the ticket office not to mention this owner hiding behind a 'sustainable model' and spending fekall.
That is unbelievable, so is that the end of it and he’s lost his seats??Mate of mine has 2 tickets for Quinn’s Bar, seats directly underneath the TV camera, so obviously a great view, had the seats for years. Seats are labelled, one for him and one for his Dad who very sadly passed away around 5/6 months ago.
He renewed the tickets, with the view of taking his young daughter with him. Turned up to the Coventry game to find people sat in his seats, name tags gone and when he asked, the club had accidentally sold his seats on

they might not know Davison's not exactly going to tell them 'here lads i haven't got a fekking clue' is heThat's what i also said. But, doubt i would go through with it.
That is just ridiculousthe amount of stories getting posted is a joke. What gets me is KLD or Sartori don't seemed to be arsed about the shambles behind the scenes.
...well they must be living a bloody rock then.they might not know Davison's not exactly going to tell them 'here lads i haven't got a fekking clue' is he

I was more than all for Neil when he was first mentioned but I’m now worried that Neils ability may be encouraging an unselfmade 25yr old billionaire into delusions of adequacy. He’s very very lucky to have stumbled upon Alex Neil.
So you are saying that the Season Tickets that the affected people have been sold are as originally described? No it isn’t.
Happy to help
No.So you are saying that the Season Tickets that the affected people have been sold are as originally described?
100% this. It it was any other retail operation, it would have been closed within a month. It's ran like no other business I've ever encountered.
Want spend money? nah don't want it
Want to buy our merchandice? OK here's a two hour window where you can come down and queue, we'll probably close early though
Want a replica shirt for your kids? Nah couldn't be arsed to order any stock
Got an issue with your tickets? Don't care
Unbelievable man
No.
But that’s not a job for trading standards. You’re thinking of the advertising standards authority.
Definitely not a job for trading standards - they can stop rogue companies from trading but can’t help single cases so would be no use to a fan
As I said, it’s a job for the FSF
Check what you should report to Trading Standards
You should report a business to Trading Standards if they sold you something:
You can also tell them about a business if:
- unsafe or dangerous, like an electronic appliance with faulty wiring or food past its use-by date
- fake
- not as described - for example, you bought a package holiday but something advertised wasn’t included
- you didn’t want to buy - for example, they put pressure on you
- they scammed you - for example, you paid for something online that you didn’t receive and you couldn’t contact the seller
- they tried to stop you using your legal rights - for example, they said you can’t return faulty goods
- they weren’t clear about the price or added on extra costs - for example, they advertised theatre ticket prices without booking fees
- they sold products to people who looked underage without asking for ID - for example, alcohol, knives or fireworks
- they didn’t carry out work properly - for example, kitchen fitters left your home in a dangerous state
I’m typing an email out putting all of todays grievances into words but I’m thinking is it worth it.
Where will I send it… Chris waters? The ticket office certainly don’t respond.
We had a great day and turned up at 25 to 3 and from there the day went downhill.
No.

I put it all to them last week, tried to condense everything from these threads to ask them if they are even aware of the problems. Eventually got a reply from a Karen Carney (assistant to the board) then a seperate reply from Chris waters, both asking for me to contact them (I think regarding missing season tickets ) but I'm away to the Carribbean today for 2 weeks so not sure if I have the energy for long distance calls when I'm on the beach. But I'd email that address ..it's definitely got through

My brother has sent an email to the club about the 10% off. Said he went to two bars and non of the staff even knew anything about it. They each asked other colleagues behind the counter who in turn didn't have a clue. The 10% discount was on the screen of the till as an advertisement as well. Are the season card discounts working yet. I forgot to ask yesterday when i bought some pies and pints.
We got the printouts as the cards looked as if they wouldn't arrive for the weekend. Season ticket came on Friday but wouldn't work on the turnstile so had to use the printout anyway.email [email protected]
