Fuck me, sorry to hear this mate sounds like an absolute shambles. At risk of sounding like a broken record I'll mention this to RAWA as well because this ticketmaster move has been an absolute disgrace. If we could actually employ some staff we should be moving it back in house, they're dreadful
The sad thing is it's hard to know what to believe anymore. Maybe it is Ticketmaster. Well any details you need mate let me know.

That's it like, expecting you to take the time to queue up on one of the few days they bother to open it is awful customer service.

Suppose if they’ve took the problematic cards off people, it give them the opportunity to investigate the problem? And sort it out……

If they’d didn’t do that, surely the problem would be repeated the following match???

In a weird way I bloody hope so, too long we have been taken for granted and its continuing even now, the service "customers" are getting from the club is still amateurish and a legacy from the Oxford pricks

Exactly. No apology of anything just mentions of the 'higher ups'. I do have some sympathy with those in the firing line as it is not their fault.

I'm moving house week after next and just won't have time to go and stand in a queue for 2 hours so unless they fix and post back to me I'm not going to bother with Norwich.

The Club are massively at fault yet you are sticking up for them? It isn't just one or two people. If you are a Club stooge help sort it, otherwise you are just aggravating matters. People are acting in good faith then been told to trust the very people who have not done what they have promised previously.

Going to a football match is meant to be fun and something to look forward to. If the club had to pay by the hour all of those people who have to queue up through no fault of their own their perspective might change. Dreadful attitude.

With a season ticket in the south stand that worked last week, today it won't let me in so I'm told to go to turnstile 9-10. There is a bloke there letting people into the premier concourse in exchange for your season ticket. He had a plastic bag full of them.

They said my seat has been sold to someone else due to a duplicate ticket error on Ticketmaster and I need to queue at the ticket office before Norwich to get it sorted and get it back.

Just a heads up for anyone in the same boat. Even with the recent issues it is hard to believe how bad this stuff is at the minute I bought a

At the next RAWA meeting, could you also ask if/when previous Premier Concourse SC holders can return to their seats. 2/2 home games have now had fans sitting up their. They promised as soon as it reopened, we would have first dabs on getting our seats back.

All tickets worked fine the first game.
Today my girls went in then mine wouldn’t work. Instead of letting me in the steward let my girls out the fire exit so their tickets would no longer work to get back in.
Told me to go to the ticket office but I refused and they eventually let all of us in.
Shambles.
Means a trip to the ticket office which I could do without.

Seems to me they owe an apology and compensation- how about free tickets for all FA Cup games for everybody effected by this amateurish nonsense?

I personally will be buying F All from the concourse and Shoppe until some compensation for those affected is implemented

Errors and mistakes happen, but that is pathetic. They made the mistake and they should be sorting it out.

At the very minimum they should be posting a new one out directly to you. I'd suggest it should come with a voucher for a beer or two in the stadium as well to compensate for your experience today.

As I said maybe - but assuming it is not the season ticket holder who caused the problem what COMPENSATION is going to be paid

All very well cutting ticket operations back to the bone to make more coin but when things go wrong there should be a price to pay

Otherwise there will be no end to this amateurish operation
