Easy to say when you're not locked out wanting to get in and everyone arguing were getting nowhere. Pretty sure the lad behind us got tossed out in the end for arguing I heard "don't let him in" as I was running up the stairs and never seen him

I’ve given the club the benefit of the doubt so far re the ticket office and club shop but this is the pits like

Fingers crossed he got in, but from what I caught his son is stuck watching the game on his own because he's over 16 the club didn't care.

The other one was telt they should've been let in regardless (we all should have tbf) so escorted back to their gate to get their kid who was also alone inside.

At least I got in but stuck watching on me own pissed off and still got the ordeal of sorting it to come, at a ticket office that is never f***ing open 😡

No apologies, because I couldn't get to the first game it seems it's ok for them to sell me seat assuming I'd never turn up

This is it like, it was already after kick off I was having this conversation. Some bloke doing his best to explain but he was clueless as the rest of them.

I would usually be earlier as well but I traveled straight to the match from holiday.

You shouldnt have to put up with this shite like. I live a short walk so usually rock up with minutes to spare and come more or less straight from work. By chance today I was there much earlier that normal (14.35) which is lucky as I only missed 5 minutes
 
You’re a ST holder they either have your money in full or have a direct debit mandate to take your money. Far as the club are concerned you don’t matter anymore. Bottom of the food chain and that’s why ST holders seats are being sold on.
 
It was a joke. The staff working the door just thrown under the bus by the club. Ended up watching the match in the concourse on my own because my dad went in first and my card didn’t work.

Fuck me, sorry to hear this mate sounds like an absolute shambles. At risk of sounding like a broken record I'll mention this to RAWA as well because this ticketmaster move has been an absolute disgrace. If we could actually employ some staff we should be moving it back in house, they're dreadful

Having our cards took off us was a piss take like. And being told 'youll have to queue up at the ticket office' when it's never f***ing open is a joke

Same thing happened to the people ahead of me. I always let the bairn in first in case there's an issue at least he's not stuck outside on his own, but when it's getting to the point you don't know whether your ticket will work or not on the day of a game it takes the piss.
