It's not that hard for fans to buy tickets thoughAt around 37k as it stands. Knocking last seasons average out of the park. If it wasn't do hard for fans to buy tickets we'd hit 40k for this.

People just making it up thenIt's not that hard for fans to buy tickets though
To be honest I find it a a bit strange why people have problems buying them online. If you think of things like music or comedy gigs those tickets are all online only from sites like ticketmaster and that seems to work fine. As a club we use ticketmaster too and whilst I'd say it's far from perfect on a mobile, it's still perfectly usable so not sure why our situation would be any different to those other types of gigs. It's not? I've seen loads of examples on this board in the past few weeks of how difficult fans have found it to get a ticket online, and if they can't buy online, they can't buy in person as the ticket office closes at 1pm, or isn't open. People shouldn't be limited by the club as to when they want to go and buy a ticket.
It should be open daily, until 5pm. Its inexcusable.
Son tried to buy online last week and could only buy SAFC ladies tickets for Hetton. It's not that hard for fans to buy tickets though
Club is an absolute joke behind the scenes. Getting worse.Son tried to buy online last week and could only buy SAFC ladies tickets for Hetton.
I understand what you mean and yes it could improve but it's still not that hard. People have to have a membership number and the means to pay with a card or online. Same as the cinema, a concert or theatre. Not defending the club but there are plenty of options. It's not? The process and the system aren't too bad once you get to know how it all works. To be honest I find it a a bit strange why people have problems buying them online. Obviously having the ticket office open (or at least available to speak to on the phone) would help a few, but I'd guess it's a very small amount of people that actually do have a problem.
Can,t do conscesions online , could spend 3 hours in a queue. People have paid up front for season cards that don't work, they don't respond to emails, the message on the ticket office telephone automated line tells you the line is disabled. There is no customer service whatsoever.I understand what you mean and yes it could improve but it's still not that hard. Ticket office and club store shoudve been open from middle of July till end of August Mon to Sat 9am till 5pm to get sc and strips sorted. Then it should die down after that to open less daysBut people should be able to have the right to choose. There's a lot of older people who probably can't stand technology.
Are we really asking for much in asking for the ticket office to be open Monday to Friday all day on a match week?
