We are really getting under their murdering terrorist loving skins.

Keep it up Lads 👏👏👏

Dear Deluded,

For your information the Saudi state issued a royal decree stating that PIF and the government were separate. The takeover required PIF to pay Bein 1bn in lost income and ask a corrupt PM to intervene. Have some awareness please.

And with regard to Sunderland fans becoming experts on human rights again look closer to home as plenty of your fans are grads of the Big Market School of Middle Eastern politics and gleefully tell us that Yemen invited Saudi to bomb them and that Khassoghi was a terrorist and deserved to be bonesawed. How many NUFC fans abused his fiance on twitter?

When this all goes wrong, and it will, I believe many of you will look back with a tinge of embarrassment. You are now owned by a country who's values are far removed from a typical North Easterner. I have met and worked with many Saudi's and get on well with them on a surface level and all is fine until you discuss religion, politics and sexuality. How any of you can gush over them based purely on their absolute hatred of homesexuality is incredible. They won't change and it is arrogant of us to think they will. You know this but you convinced yourselves the promise of competing within 5 years would be worth it. Not 1 year in and already FFP is being cited as the reason for the lack of spending when you could spend up to 600m this summer alone. If these huge sponsorship deals are to follow then FFP doesn't become an issue.

Penny not dropped yet? Pound to a penny EH when interviewed further down the line says "It felt very weird".

A not at all jealous Sunderland fan.

Do you really think they could have firstly an Asian Cup and then a World Cup on their doorstep and not be able to legally watch it?

The mags benefited from it but the payoff was inevitable.

It is it. Do you really think they wanted the mags that much they would pay 1bn on top? If the Asia Cup/WC were not imminent MBS would never have paid up.

By the way I am working in another time zone else I would not be posting online at this time.
