The Safety of Fans in the North Stand

Once again disgraceful behaviour from Coventry throwing stuff including bottles from above.
Ban them next season from the SoL.
Wouldn't penalize all of them just because of a few idiots mind. Restrictions and force them to have extra security maybe

If they don't want to ban them, perhaps the North Stand spectators could be issued with (red and white) helmets and safety specs. Could look a bit like a Pet Shop Boys concert.

Usual Coventry fans being really tough on families and women.

With social media etc why don't they just organise a tear up with our likeminded fans and they can go off and do it somewhere and let the rest of us get on with enjoying the football which is what it's really all about.

They'd never do it because they're cowardly as fuck and would get smacked about

I didn’t think we sold any glass in the ground but saw some wine today and that looked to be in a glass jar. A good size for lobbing if so.
It’s going to need to be a Perspex sheet at the front to stop anything coming down, that will spoil it for the non arsehole element
Its plastic mate, called pocket wine, the wife thrives on pocket wine.

We don’t serve beer in glasses mate. The bottles were brought in by Coventry fans and then chucked into the home end.

The club are trying to find the arseholes that did it. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt

They're 20 years behind the times, football hooliganism is dead and anyone getting involved is highly likely to end up in prison and with their life fucked.

well lucky you, do you think everyone else was so lucky?, rocked up at 11:45? are you a mag?
No, just a lot of fannies getting worked up, same as play off final n tickets. I saw queue at tkt office. I ‘arrived’ after using first train of day and was more concerned about trains not running.

Just saying if they really want to behave like animals we will have our fair share that'll oblige them. The fact the OP is dealing with a traumatised child as a result of some big "tough guys" is a disgrace and I hope the club compensate him accordingly. Show the kid the club cares. Problem is they probably don't based on how many times this is happening.

Aa for hooliganism being dead, not sure I fully agree its just mutated to a more cowardly form where people go for anyone who's opposition while being coked off their face rather than the mass brawls of yesteryear. I know a load of wrexham got jumped at notts county last year for example. Just normal lads trying to get to their coach. Mate of mine caught up in it unfortunately.

do me a favour mate, you got in after the time requested by Spirit of 37 (if you were even there) and want to brag about it, if you are not a mag you sound a bit of a knob
