An owner could simply buy the ground from Sunderland, who then issue shares in SAFC to the value of the sale, and Sunderland buy them with the sale proceeds.
the reason for dpoing the ground sale thiong is because iots an asset disposal..NOT a new issuance of equity when the latter is no longer permitted?
