If Kld wanted to put money in, there is nothing to suggest anyone would have to match it or have there position lessened by him doing so. They could probably raise issue with him loaning the club money.

This is exactly right. Their only commitment as shareholders is in the event we are unable to pay our creditors. Other than that they are not liable for servicing anything unless they agree to.

They are not holding the club back financially, it just stinks having them hang around. It is purely down to the value of the shares. We all want them gone but KLD does not need to buy them out to do what he needs to.

It seems a lot of people use the idea of buying a football club to just get their name in papers and in search results alone.

I'm guessing people like that Derby 'buyer' Kirchner basically say "the news articles are lies, I had the money it just failed for XYZ (random made up excuse)" and he's able to pretend he's capable of buying clubs when he goes and plays golf and dines at fancy restaurants around actual people that can afford to buy expensive things.

We are probably pretty lucky that the crypto market has taken such a death spiral when it has, as it quite easily puts a the kabosh over the bollocks crypto bid. Easy to call it out when it's so visible that their potential money has disappeared.

He has 41% of the shares. Why would he put 100% of the investments into the club whilst other shareholders contributed zero? He’d be increasing their share valuation without them having contributed a thing.

Have a feeling they will now hang on in the hope of the big jackpot payday which cant happen with them sitting there.

Which is why the partnership is bizarre unless they are entirely aligned. If he was confident at all, I'm not quite sure why he doesn't seem interested in purchasing it entirely.
