Sickening from Graves and the comment from that other clown ‘Died and gone to heaven’ Jesus the lack of self awareness is staggering.

Made me remember this article "The demand for English league football: a club-level analysis", Applied Economics, 1996.

For anyone who's kids are doing A'level Econ this is a fabulous example of price elasticity. Not much between us and mags - both price inelastic. If price went up by 10% our "demand" would drop by 4.9% and mags would drop by 6.4% but Arsenal would drop by 18.1%. This is based on data from 1962 to 1992. Obviously today is a completely different world and impossible to replicate.

They are beyond parody man - particularly the ones representing them in the media. Imagine a song by Jimmy f***ing Nail rendering you all reflective and nostalgic man.
The Sunday for Sammy DVD must have him barely able to breathe, the tatey.

I have recurring nightmare of being trapped in JD Windows with Sunday for Sammy playing on an endless loop.

We both come out of that study well. Typically alcohol and cigarettes have price elasticities at that level. I haven't taught 1st year econ for a good while but this example always went down well when I did.

Good stuff mate. I enjoy the stats when someone else finds them!

It’s laughable like. Being quietly owned by SA and doing this stuff would be bad enough but because they’re a sports washing project they’re also doing things like the “Saudi Away Kit”. Actively promoting a country and laundering their image while also trying to pander to people who would be persecuted for their lifestyle in that very country.

Embarrassing what the mags have let themselves become.
