I’m a little perplexed why you’ve linked these occasions as a question to me because the two posts appear to be completely unrelated.
Are you asking whether my opinion is it’s fine or are you comparing legal defences? The validity of my opinion would be clouded for you by my club affiliation. The ability of twitter to prepare a legal defence is not usually something anyone would seriously compare to the excellent yet incomparable ability of the RTG administration.
You didn’t acknowledge you misread the article, a cynical person might conclude you would rather change the subject.

If it all goes tits up, not a single mag will have wanted it to go through and everyone of them will have been involved in protests against the Saudis long before it happened.
