Rolex Watches

DON'T OVERPAY.

Apparently they aren't intended as a limited edition and they'll be mass produced and widely available before long.
This is my issue. I can get one for about 600 which is well above what they retailed for so just wondering whether I pay up or not. I imagine there'll be another series produced or another collab before long.

Nice looking watches tbf.

Never mind another series, they'll be mass producing the whole set before long.

I thought about a Mars, but then I realised I hated the strap so would need to replace that, wasn't sure how often I'd wear it and remembered I was buying a house so just thought "well, fuck the whole thing"

Just pinged my mates Mrs who works with omega and mass production is confirmed.
Those lifting MoonSwatches?
Yeah I like the Mercury as a day watch. Amazingly I've managed to break my g shock

They’re cheap shite in the grand scheme of things. The watch world has gone insane.

OK so what's a good day watch? I think a cheap 20 quid swatfh speaks volumes

Top of my head, comparable prices to the MoonSwatch.

Mondaine all day long. Lovely those.

Enjoyed last weekend but would I xxxx want to live there.
Did I wear my Rolex - no chance

I did.....and lived to tell the tale.

As I did in New York and Brooklyn last month.....although the Mrs (£19.95) did draw attention to it by trying subtly (as a brick) draw my attention to the fact it was on full view while on a bit of a micey subway journey.

Had a half decent watch for the last 25 years, and can't remember being particularly nervous of wearing it out due to potential damage or risk of it getting robbed. It does get tucked up my sleeve occasionally, and once took off an put down me sock when walking pissed though a dodgy part of Brockley Whins years back.....don't know what I hoped to achieve there like :)

Probs get me arm chopped off at the elbow now!
