I’m just as intrigued as to how you will do, you will clearly need a clear out to allow signings don’t you think?
Absolutely. I expect 6 to 8 to leave and maybe 4 or 5 back in. We have a bloated squad and a lack of quality still in a few areas. Could be interesting for both clubs in the summer, and a summer with some optimism in North East football which is a rarity recently.

😆 Nearly choked on my chicken pasta this afternoon when listening to Simon Jordan on talkSPORT. Said that when he went to your place for a play off semi he was shocked to find so many empty seats for such a big game. I hate getting involved in all this best fans nonsense but just thought I would give a bit of balance as there seems to have been a little bit said about attendances today. 🤔

I get a bit hacked off when some of you lot say we are in your shadow, nothing could be farther from the truth. We have, and always will have, our own identity. To see all those young kids at Wembley, they’re our future. The green shoots of recovery starts with them and hopefully The Wembley experience will have given them the same bug I got many, many years ago.
To amend a well known ad. . . . The futures bright, the futures red and white

Clearly you can’t multitask, can I suggest you concentrate on your chicken pasta and stop trying to be so controversial

Just googled it. 2004 it was, and the crowd was 34.5k. That’s a hefty old chunk of empties that.

Not at all mate. There just has to be a counter argument/balance to what is said against us. We’ve got to fight our corner on here. I’ve said this numerous times on here but both sets of fans are up there with the best (along with plenty of others). No one has the best fan base.

So nigh on two thirds full? I would say that isn’t too shabby personally.

Class attendance. Be interesting to see how you got on without blood money and some time in the divisions below.

Do you go to games?

I don’t get this Pancho. Surely there has to be a balanced discussion. It can’t just all be one way against us mags, and then when a mag counters back it’s a no no.
Balanced discussion it is - in my early 30’s and I’ve witnessed one cup final, highest place finish of 7th and 5 relegations.

I find the support Sunderland get pretty staggering considering our recent history. By recent I mean the last 50 years or so. I’d be interested to see how your support would fare.

It's fine if the discussion is balanced and quite often that's how it starts.

Simply being a mag doesn't contravene the board's T&Cs and we don't expect you to be arse lickers, but any supporter of another club just on a wind up or permanent piss take will get short shrift.
