Think if AN and KS can “collaborate in a holistic approach” it could work. Think AN has every right to go in and demand control but KS is good at recruiting wonderkids/past wonderkids who’ve struggled the last few years and its worked out under AN’s management.
 
It does seem from everything we’ve been told that KLD genuinely doesn’t want all the shares. I’m still at a loss as to why he got involved in the first place.
 
Donald and Meths weren't with KLD at the final. They have been together in earlier months.

KLD would know the fans would hate that.

Was Donald seen?
Was Sartori sitting in the KLD group?

I think Meths was at the game.

I wouldn’t believe what you read in the papers. He totally wants the shares but does not want to pay a penny more than they are worth. SD and CM were putting pressure on him to buy and his statements were to call their bluff. Like “go on then sell them at that price if you can, I can work with another investor” when all the time he knew that no one would pay over the odds to buy into the debt of a league 1 club. KLD will now buy more shares. I am certain of that. I do have a sneaky suspicion though that we might end up with KLD on 61% and JS on 39%. They do seem like they work well together.
 
I’m convinced there will be a price already agreed for the shares on return to the championship which KLD (and potentially Satori) can now activate.

It wouldn’t surprise me if there was movement and an announcement as soon as this week.

It’s exactly what I would do if if I was KLD when buying the initial shares, and it’s what I think most serious investors would have done at the time. It makes perfect sense. Timing wise the sooner the better makes perfect sense as we need time to invest in a championship set up and you’d also want to ride on the back of the feel good factor. I think we’ll see season cards go back on sale as well as soon as the takeover is confirmed.

Ps I’m not claiming to be ITK or anything like that. The above is all based purely on a sensible business approach.

Here's hoping, the sooner we get rid of the leach and his pals the better,,.....
 
If this is resolved there’ll be thousands more season tickets bought. More investment etc. hopefully it’s done this week.
 
I think that our return to the Championship and the display by our fans will have made SAFC quite an attractive proposition to some investors . I trust that Mutt & Jeff will now bugger off and allow those with the necessary funds to take the Club forward to assume control. What we need is a sound financial strategy to be put in place but that requires more than the shoe string that they are able to come up with.

I have a feeling that KLD will have thought this through and has some plan of action which will either involve him increasing his holding in the Club or bringing in others to buy out the greusome two some. If that doesn't happen I think he has been wasting his & our time but I have always thought he was quite serious about SAFC & that the issue has been Donald's unwillingness to do a deal and get his hooks out of the Club.
 
Were Donald and Methven there? If they were they seem to have kept a low profile and rightfully so. I can't recall seeing them?

I did see JS next to KLD. Could say a lot.

This is a fact CM sold 1% to JS so he has 20% now, KLD has 41% fact, CM 5%, SD the rest, till KLD either pays what he agreed to pay in Jan of this year for their shares or the new guy takes their stake in the club.
The final part of this black hole money everyone claims they nicked has been paid back over the last 11 month, and the correct figure is closer to Killdare than yours if you go through the accounts properly you can see it.
However because most of it was classed as a directors loan, i do not know the exact figure, but it has been paid back.
Thats how they can now sell the shares.

donald andKLD agreed a price ages ago..KLD wont pay it now...

Sartori and his wife were sitting in the front row next to KLD and his wife. Sartori's been seen at the SoL often recently, sitting next to KLD.
