Having supporters in Pakistan is really not the same as being owned by the Saudi state.

They aren't a government, they voluntarily choose to follow our club, don't own us and don't have a political agenda.

I'm one of the most down to earth NUFC fans on here Exile, but I honestly think if you believe the current owners (regardless of how hideous they are, morally) of the club are on par/less than Ashley in regards too investment. I think you'll be slightly disappointed.

Only the f***ing idiots/piss takers talked about signing the likes of Mbappe, we all have them within our respective fanbases, unfortunately.

Time will tell of course, but I'm expecting more investment than Ashley ever made, but I think it'll be sensible rather than stupid (Wood aside)

Grant - you must be a believer in the 99/1 non-knacka/knacka split like Dan. There is little evidence to support this. Obviously not Mbappe but expectations you will signing Bruno's mate, young kid from France, the Atalanta striker or the Sassoulo striker. All of this from financial foundations that were barely breaking even having just added between 20-25m to the wage bill in January. I think you are very much in the minority.
