Sir Lancelot
Striker
Mine is going on the little sideboard, there is plenty of room there for it, I think.

Of course not man. We were going to do another packet the other night but I think we had a couple of bottles of wine instead. This practice of people buying hard to find sets just to take the minifigures out before selling them on seems a bit shit like.
I see you've liked a post of mine @HellsBells - have you finished the Falcon yet?

MAKE. IT. HAPPEN.That would triple the amount of pieces. You'd be talking death star money
MAKE. IT. HAPPEN.
I don't actually think it would take that many pieces. Optimus isn't that big and is only 1508 pieces. Ecto-1 is almost about 800 pieces more and in a similar price range, and a much longer vehicle. The '89 Batmobile was their biggest car I think, and that was nearly 3500 pieces and sold at £220 before it was retired (still trying to get me hands on one!)
The trailer would be fairly straight forward with a technic frame and some larger panels. It wouldn't be complete without the trailer.
Soundwave.I'm pretty sure I saw it coming in at about £150 which I think is pretty reasonable considering it actually transforms.
Transformers passed me by as a kid. I think it was coming to the end of its run when I started watching kids TV.
The first few films were canny, but I appreciate this is for the cartoon purists. It does look brilliant though.
If it sells, which it obviously will, I'm sure they'll do Megatron too. My mate wants Starscream and I think the one that turns into a ghetto-blaster.

Well to be fair, the tapes did transform into his little scout minions. One was like a hawk thing, and the other a sort of wolf.Soundwave - he comes with five cassette tapes which @chriswallace85 will want included. Will look great though
Soundwave.
Starscream would be awesome, but probably more difficult to do.
The trouble with Megatron is neebody was ever sure what the frig he was meant to transform into. Was like a gun, which Starscream would use - which didn't make sense as he had to effectively shrink at the same time. Bit daft. Think he might have transformed into a tank/cannon at some point anarl.
This was one of me favourite toys when I was a kid...

Me mother gave me tranformers away to next door's grandkids, but I had intended to keep Optimus as a desk ornament. He disappeared though. I like to remind her now and then how much they now go for on ebay.![]()

Better memory than me! Were class Transformers like.Megatron transformed into a Walther P38 which was absolute crap when you played with him as kid. You basically had an oversized toy gun. Soundwave was the same as he would needed to have shrunk too.
Absolutely agree with you about Prime. Best toy I ever had after the Millennium Falcon. He cost £19.99 at Fenwicks when I absolutely convinced my Mam to buy it. She was persuading me to get Megatron who retailed at £16.99 but as above - he was crap. We then went to watch the Guttenberg classic Police Academy 4 at the Odeon - talk about a perfect day
Ravage was the panther but he was unique. You then had Frenzy and Rumble which were two little robots and Lazerbeak and Buzzsaw were the hawks
