NUFC and other Sportswashing Spring 2022

For years and years now, fans of SAFC have been served up shite after shite from the likes of Short, Donald and Methen and just sat back and took it on the chin. Good, loyal fans have watched the coffers bled dry and back to back relegations and just sat back and watched it.

No protests, no big signs of resentment, just aimlessly sleepwalking through the shite they’ve put on you with absolutely zero comeback.

It’s appeared a lot may be happy to accept this due to fear of being labelled Mag-esque which is of course completely up to you. If you want to drop the trousers and let Charlie Boy bend one in you then be my guest.

In this case, Exile, has decided to take up the good fight and wage a one man protest over the ownership of NUFC and he’s looking for backing on here, from his fellow red n whites, who apparently believe in his course, but he’s getting zero support.

It’s baffling to me and can only suggest that

A) His fellow fan doesn’t really care about what goes on in KSA

Or

B) it’s just another battle that Sunderland fans can’t be bothered to fight and are again happy to let apathy take over and not support him.

Exile is actually in my eyes getting a lot of credit here. He’s standing up for what he believes in and is doing it on a daily basis. I’ve no doubt he’d be the first out protesting about other shit. He’s the type of bloke you want in the trenches undoubtedly.

Unfortunately for him, his fight isn’t resonating with his fellow fan, who as I’ve mentioned earlier don’t seem to have the stomach for a good old protest.

That’s what I meant by it being a ‘bit Sunderland’
Disagree with most of that but appreciate the fact you've answered.

Thats all bullshit. Short admitted he was giving up and actively trying to sell. What were we meant to do there?

Donald and Methven came in and turned on the charm when we were desperate. The moment we realised they were grifters we turned and told them we wanted them out.. they then sold a stake to KLD. KLD is seemingly sorting things out to an extent.
