so many things wrong with that. How can they benefit from the parachute money? As much as they would like the club to be worth more, the fact the PP money went to short means it's worth a smaller sum due to that.

So, the value of the club they have shares in, is lower because of the PP money going to short, not more. That means they'll make less profit when it's sold.

Suggests that if there is a bid (there probably isn't, and certainly not a credible one) it's only gone to one or more of the other shareholders. Ignoring storey for now it raises an interesting question - what happens if the other 3 all sell up? How secure is KLDs full control? Is it written into a shareholder agreement or is there a chance that the arrangement would end when the others sell. Effectively, could KLD eventually end up with 41% and not have overall control, and where would that leave him?

of course they didnt pay that..they paid £15m, and we dont know at what level KLD bought in, or at what level its now at.
I mean it should be higher than the level artori paid as the par amoney reduced the clubs debt, while the losses which were £26m are more likely to be £6m this season...

Daily fail online. I am not a massive fan of mail or guardian for current affairs but both newspapers for sport are pretty good reporting. There's probably some truth in this article tbh but I be surprised if he ever gets the club.
We will end up with KLD as full majority owner by the end of next season.

Just a personal feeling.
