It's called youth development..they are future footballers making thier way in sport..but seeing as you have been utterly corrupted you wouldn't appreciate it..I'm a firm advocate of youth development from grassroots upwards...development is always the way forward..it sometimes doesn't always work that way..but needs to be nurtured and embraced wholeheartedly.

I agree with you. Why have I been corrupted? All I’ve said repeatedly here is that we’ve been rubbish at developing youth. I hope that improves. I think it will as our facilities are being improved.

That's because probably 99% of your fans only see what is happening NOW!!...and that's detriment to them...football changes..grows..evolves..my son plays for his school academy..and let me tell you I get more enjoyment watching those lads trying thier hearts out than watching overpaid prima donna's rolling around on the feigning injury and crying thier bloody eyes out!!!...sadly football IS corrupted and this has a knock on effect further down the footballing ladder....grassroots is forgotten...like I say...nurture it and embrace it.

Not when ridiculous amounts of money are thrown around like confetti...football needs a total reset...money blinds everyone's perspective....the rich will always be rich and the poor will always suffer..and that absolutely disgusts me!!!

The fact is we were one of the biggest clubs around in the 90s and in the champions league and Europe in the 00s even before rich owners so we are just getting back to our natural level.
