This fits right in with them lot like. There's very few Geordies I've met who would dare venture into Sunderland, you'd think it was a different country :lol:

Thats bullshit to be fair. The away fans were a bit louder than normal but they were minutes from promotion.
The atomsphere against Rotherham was very good I thought. There are big lulls in chanting/singing but i think thats typical of all seater stadiums these days tbh.

It's because they are irrelevant to the rest of the country so they have to pretend they're better than us, just to make them feel significant...a bit like the school bully who the cool kids ignore

That implies success is dependent on being a regional power, which is utter bollocks. We're in the shadow of at least 44 English clubs, because of nothing other than the motivations and competence of the benefactors at the top of our club's hierarchy. Newcastle are 1/44th or 2.27% of that problem from our point of view.

There's absolutely no reason why we can't coexist as a successful premier league club with the implementation of a working strategy, irrespective of what money Newcastle hoy about. Does anyone really believe they're stifling us somehow?

Yeah that’s me but after some daft six fingered mutant called me an inexcusable name because I watch the SAFC under 18s I decided not to bother!
Incidentally this bloke failed to show at the u18 game at the academy despite his threats! End of!
As for my grandson he is still doing ok but attracting interest from other clubs.
