Rumour is that the regulations will be changed to match the new UEFA ones. Clubs will be able to spend up to 70% of revenue on football costs, but that has to cover both wages and net transfer spend. Sponsorship deals will be subject to a fair value assessment, and only that will be allowed to count to the revenue figure. That will shackle them quite nicely.
The mags will get massive new revenue streams over the next couple of years and like man city & PSG will find innovative ways around ffp .
I more concerned about this shower of shyte running us into the ground.
Forget about pif that train has left the station.

If any middle Eastern consortium wanted to mega invest in us...id f***ing snap their hands off

Two posts now. In both you haven't even tried to hide it

For all the hype and all these wins they're still not mathematically safe yet. If Burnley win tonight the gap closes to 12 with Burnley still having a game in hand and the mags still have Liverpool, Man City and Arsenal to play so there's 3 guaranteed defeats there.

Would be the greatest relegation of all time if, after all the smoke the media blow up their arses, especially Sky, they ended up getting relegated

I see the Newcastle fans are crawling onto here, should be banned.
You don't beat the good premier league teams, so off you pop and over celebrate your massive win against a crap palace side that had players on the beach.

And what about the other six teams between them and Burnley?

All have games in hand over the mags other than Brentford. It's unlikely but still mathematically possible. I wouldn't fancy having a run in that included Liverpool, Man City and Arsenal in their last 5 games!

Chill out. I literally asked and he’s said it’s massively unlikely. It’s 500/1. It’s a bit of fun.

There'll be ways around it no doubt and even if it is as strict as you suggest they'll still be far more ambitious than they were under Ashley.
