I'm sorry like but this isn't how your normal owners of a Premier League football club act. This could all end up being one big wind up! One thing's for sure it shows that NUFC is a play thing to them and sooner or later people get bored of play things.

I was there last night.....corporate invite, thought I'd see what it's like.

I know I'm biased, but fuck me it's like a cult! Was sat about 10 rows behind Queen Mandy and her fella and some bloke in traditional (Red &White) dress.....and everything is contrived and filmed for maximum exposure / PR

They were handing the Saudi bloke flags and videoing him waving it, the queen was waving her (hor?) flags, her fella was waving flags, there was a fella running round the concourse with a giant flag....f***ing flags all ower. Reminded me of a Trump Rally!!

Footballing wise, clear that ASM flatters to deceive, no way will they be trying too hard to keep him if they improve that team. That Woods up front's a knacker anarl. He'll be gannin the journey.

Oh and the food was shite.

Always happens. We don't even hear from Kyril much anymore. It's all happiness now but eventually once they spend a few seasons of mid table nothingness they'll get restless. City signing Haaland will put them 10 seasons away from the mags. Man U and Liverpool will always sign better players. They're on about champions league again.

Not sure if this has already been discussed but I watched the documentary 'The lost Da Vinci' about the painting The Salvator Mundi last night. It gives another insight into the murky world of MBS and lengths he's prepared to go to give his country this clean image. Unfortunately if he's prepared to spend £450 million on a painting that cannot even be verified as a real Da Vinci, then I can see him being happy to splash money on footballers. It also highlights how he has governments and large institutions in his back pocket.

It's uncomfortable being amongst it all I'll give you that - but was in the same seats when Borini smashed in that Penalty which I daresay was slighlty more uncomfortable, but much more enjoyable

I do wonder if we were in a similar financial position, would we behave the same, but I just can't see it.

Think we all crave owners who "get" the club and supporters, but there's something very not normal about this lot and their new dawn......I could get it if some local hero came back and was the figurehead for the club, and the adulation and waving was in their direction, but not Stavely and her fella....it's sinister.
