CC :: Durham v Leicestershire


First appearance of the season for me today at the Riverside and looking forward to it I just hope Leicestershire don't fold. Didn't manage to see any play yesterday but even against poor bowling attack Bedingham must have been awesome.

unfortunate for them to lose wright when they were on top, different game now though and we've took advantage. we need to turn the screw when the chances are there. we let glamorgan off the hook slightly, albeit weather and they put up a decent fight but i'd like to see us punish leicestershire for that
 
Bedingham got the plaudits yesterday, rightly so, but I was very impressed with Dickson.
He was there at the start, facing the new ball on a green Riverside track. As he got himself in he started to play some good shots and his scoring rate almost matched Bedingham as their partnership flourished.
Best knock I have seen from him and hope he continues to improve and make that spot his own.
 
Beautiful sunshine is being replaced by cloud from the west down here but still pleasant enough.
None of the new cards are working in the readers as well.:lol:

I'll second that. Be interesting if and when Lees and Stokes appear in the team who will make way as on yesterday's performance and tbh his pre season form it shouldn't be Dickson.

Working now. Mine didn't work yesterday did today. Gonna mm finish off Durham book then have a wander and see if I can find you (fair warning if you want to hide)

Jones and trev probably most at risk imo. Trev/4th seamer depending on stokes bowling and the surface
