I am an average fan. I agree with your sentiments. Despite this i am regularly advised that i got what i protested / petitioned / wished for.

Captain red is one of these self pitying fans,that thinks cos they go to a football match,they deserve success at any cost.Strange,un empathetic people.Probably cried when his kids started playing out with their mates,instead of him.The world revolves around them.Doesnt matter about kids being killed,women being stoned etc. cos he has been to a few matches over the years.What really shocks me,is you must be a canny age.I could understand younguns going on like this,as their life is self centred(generally).Football is just a game.Imagine getting that riled up about football,that you forgive murderers,and child rapists.Just my opinion like

I did not. That said, with many, it takes time to realise they are masking allegiances for some unknown reason.
Either way i assumed it was sarcasm. We are after all owned by the guy who also runs the KSA. EPL appear to have been duped / pursuaded otherwise however it is obvious who owns what.

You are of course correct that there are much more important things than a game of football. To be honest i have never been that fussed. Winning has never 'made my day'. In the same vein losing has never ruined it. The match was always a day out with the lads. Nothing more or less than that.

"Your club" was purely a turn of phrase. SAFC, like NUFC, is not yours or ours. Sadly we are at the bottom of the food chain when it comes to owners concerns.
