Every club in the land would. Thinking you are any different is mental.
I'm not sure mind, I think every club would have a percentage that would accept and/or welcome it... but I also think that most clubs would have some kind of active protest against too. Just look at how Bayern Muenchen reacted.

I think the mags had built Ashley up to such a level of evil that they would have and did accept anyone. I also think that the penny is dropping with some and they are becoming more vocal.

I will have to correct you here.

The club PIF/Saudi really wanted was Liverpool - PIF staff are regular attenders at Anfield, even now (I can't say how I know). They tested the water with Liverpool and the (local) fan base over a long time period and the reception was lukewarm.

In comparison NUFC gave a very warm welcome.

I get that if Liverpool were in Newcastle's position the reception may have been different but this disproves your "Every club in the land would" line.

the mags are all thick as fuckk tbf. they couldnt have chosen a better club to sportwash considering their highest iq supporter probably registers a score of 15

Arrange a big protest and get the media involved. Don't attend a specific game, red card protest during a game at a set time. Don't buy a season card, loads could be done.

Thing is Short was off anyway, Donald we got pulled in by his chat and then when he was found out he sold up to KLD pretty quickly and now people are hesitant to protests as KLD is rich and maybe people dont want to scare him off.
Yeah course they did

You deflect and laugh off but its true

Yeah both Liverpool and Man U's local fans would kick off big time if the state of Saudi Arabia bought/had bought either of their clubs. Mind the majority of the rest of their plastic non local fanbase would welcome them definitely if it meant having more money to spend on players.

Spot on - That is why I used the word local.

KLD has already shown that he isn't interested in putting his hand in his pocket and giving us the best chance of getting out of this league and moving us forward

You cant spend out of this league mate. It needs a structure in place. Now before the LJ sacking fiasco I was seeing positive signs. Not so sure now but other fans I reckon can see steps in the right direction which neuters any hope of any significant protest
