Broadhead wasn’t around at the time though. I think Defoe was a last minute Stewart back up that wasn’t thought through. Maybe the LJ situation was simmering away in the background at the end of January and eyes were taken off the on field recruitment ball? You’d know better than me.
Kimpioka isn’t a genuine alternative. Even at L1 level.

i never said roberst was a strikeer..he is a forward though...and on jan 1st we had fewer forewards than strikers..so he was signed. broadhead is howver a striker.
