It feels a bit chicken and egg. Until we get established in championship as a potential premiership club no one wants to invest in us. Which is why getting out is critical.
With the squads we have had they should have assured promotion. That for me is down to the head coach appointments.
I think Neil is more likely to get us promoted than anyone before.
He’s the first person where the club and pressures do not look to much for him.
I think once up the money will pour in. No one is going to put big money into a 1st division club

I have no faith in Mr. 41% if im being honest ...Why do yo think we didn't get another striker in January? That decision told me more about KLD than any revelations about his obfuscation around his ownership status.

what does kld have to do with what our wage bill is-the league decide that..we got a striker and a forward in january-how many did you think we would get? centre half is where the shortage is,,
the issue is they bowed to the wishes of the fans and signed defoe...

I was gobsmaked at the transfer priorities in the January window. They bought talent they were tracking rather than buying players for the positions the squad was weak, it was madness.

Stop with this nonsense will you !any decent setup going for promotion has three strikers in the squad.all our rivals have !we actually got rid of a decent league one defender and brought in a lame carthorse!

we opnly play with one striker in every game and one forward..why would we need three?
these other teams that have three? do they play with two up front and so only have one spare..or with one up front and have two spare?
rotherham are so well stocked in the striker department they had to loan will grigg from us.

A team that plays with one striker only needs three in its squad. First choice, Sub striker, Younger lad sitting in the stands and playing for the U23s.
It’s a cheaper way to run a club than playing with two upfront as forwards generally are on a higher wage. Spend the money saved in upgrading the lesser paid positions quality. Win win.

The decision not to get cover for Stewart was astonishing! I really cannot fathom the thought processes that advocated for this decision!

Liiterally what will we do if Stewart gets injured?

The only conclusion that you cane make from this is that they don't care about the football and have wrote this season off and we start again next year!

broadhead is cover for sewart-roberts os cover for bradhead-kimpioka is there if needed. and in janury they did get cover for stewart..ald called defoe that the fans clamoured for...now whatever happened to him?
