Stupidly got sucked in to a Facebook post about Howe not answering regarding the executions.

I can tell you I've already been called an inbred, dirty mackem c*** and our owners are worse because they lied to us. Of course plenty mentions of Adam Johnson and us being 'nonces' of course!

But their current owner was to wed an 11 year old. Does that make them supporters of a club owned by a nonce?

Wish I hadn't bothered. Don't get me wrong, it must be strange when the club you love is taken over this way... but the way so many justify and champion it is horrendous.

One comment, which has now disappeared, as well as giving me abuse was also saying it was good the men had been executed.

In fact another reply, still there, says the same.

I can’t get my head around this nonce thing . They literally had a coach sexually assaulting their own players .One more tick for the hypocrite box .

It’s the attempt at justification that really gets me . If they just “Did a Millwall” and said fuck it we are going to win trophies and we don’t care who hates us , I would actually respect them more.

I think a lot are genuinely in denial. They just see the cash and the good times ahead. I kind of get it - who doesn't want their club to be successful? Just, not like that.

Getting called thick/inbred/ugly for pointing out Howe is employed and paid by the Saudi State and them saying they've got nothing to do with the club/don't own it 🤷

It was on a sky match when takeover announced. Loads on here tuned including me and I never watch the bugger. He said it's good for football and it's a chance to get round a table and educate them. Carragher shook his head and Neville put him in his place by saying dont take me on with this. Carragher just embarrassingly laughed. Was bad.

They've adopted a siege mentality.... they thought everyone would love them as they signed all the good players...now they are getting vilified by journalists, other clubs fans , Amnesty etc and when the press would rather question Howe about their owners executions than his teams performance, they go into orbit.
