the way root was talking about himself being able to provide a spin option today im not sure Leach will play

Agree, think those 3 will get runs. It’s whether the likes of Crawley, Lawrence and Bairstow can add to the weight to keep as much pressure off the bowling attack.

I can’t see Root batting 3 and being the main spin option tbh. Means Mahmood playing in an all pace attack. Stokes is only fit enough for 10-15 overs an innings. Worrying.
