It’s not a catch all no. But given the falling value of the rouble the ordinary Russian will soon effectively be limited in what they can but regardless of whether the card schemes take the next step and block intro RU transactions

Sorry, I drink far too much, being a lurker I hope the old boys will defend me. Can we deaclare war on Russia. I have been to war so feel like fighting Russia is needed.
