Anyone else think the Americans aren't quite doing enough here. Energy self-sufficient and largely food self-sufficient and won't be affected by the huge displacement of people. Reluctant to deploy troops after Afghanistan I just wonder whether they see this as more of a European problem. I think Biden has come across as weak in all this too.

I always knew the Ukrainians were a tough bunch, but I’m amazed and, tbh, humbled by their reaction to the invasion. They are just incredible people, it seems they are more than willing to risk death or torture to fight for their country and their fellow Ukrainians. Not just fighting age men, but women, young girls, everyone is putting themselves at great risk to stand up for what’s right.

Everyone who has remained in Ukraine and is sabotaging the Russians is a hero, imo.

If this was 1942 I'd agree with you, this is 2022, and the only bloodbath the Russians have been involved in is Afghanistan, and if casualty rates keep going the way they are, they could lose as many troops killed in 3 weeks as they lost in Afghanistan in 8 years.
Every other conflict they've been involved in was a walk over
