As it's well documented we are actively arming Ukraine is there any actually cut off point as to when are helping them too much and it would have to be classed 'insert country name' is now at war with Russia?

Probably only if they overthrow the regime and secure the Western border. As long as the West views Zelensky’s government as the official government of Ukraine they will arm them. A more practical side is if the Russians just stop the supply by strangling the Polish border

Russia has supplied weapons to loads of insurgents/opponents of the west.

USA did it when USSR invaded Afghanistan etc.
