He’s not advocating anyone being killed. That’s the point. He is against the collateral human casualties of war and thinks they should lay down their weapons and let Russia walk all over them. I think we’re pretty much aligned with opinions here but I just don’t agree With you saying he’s pro Russian. I’m pretty sure he was married to a Ukrainian lass.

I’d imagine there’ll be an “understanding” that they’ll get it back once putin is out. Doubt it’ll be made public though.

I love the bloke, he’s the epitome of a great leader.

There is a school of thought though, which was discussed on the radio today, that killing him would harm Russia even more than they’re harming themselves now.

Yeah and giving up what they have worked hard to gain is madness and beyond belief that it should even be considered. It’s like Scotland (not going to happen) coming to invade us so we all just wear kilts and deep fry our food. A country has a right to defend itself how they see fit. And if Russia didn’t invade then this wouldn’t be happening.

He has openly said his opinion would be different if it did not involve Russia Ive spoken to him directly and asked him on his opinions so this is nothing I’ve not said to him.

Would you be happy if Ukraine just gave up? People say it would stop killing etc? Would it? A puppet state and resistance

The people who want Ukraine to give up are in reality the ones who are worried about it coming to our shores. Care enough to share status etc but don’t care enough to act.


It’s a very grey area this invasion and everyone has different opinions fortunately the SMB isn’t in charge as their would be a global war.
