Abramovich is hardly a random Russian. He's been intimately connecting with Putin for decades.
I think he is trying to buy favours to keep him out of hell.Abramovich is hardly a random Russian. He's been intimately connected with Putin for decades.
He’s not doing it out of the goodness of his heart is he. He’ll be in touch with other influential Russians. We can only hope it’s a sign of moves against Putin.I think he is trying to buy favours to keep him out of hell.
It's evidence he knows which way the wind is blowing. If he'd made this statement a week ago it'd be a bit different. Rat seeks to flee sinking ship; fine, don't tie him to it, but remember what he is.That’s not evidence of support for Putin in respect of this war, or the war itself. The statement he’s made today, for example, would have been censored by the security services if he’d made it in Russia.
Long term contracts don't fix the price, just the transmission fees.Is that not the "spot market" though as opposed to long term contracts.
They can be left static. IIRCCan the pipelines be left static with LNG still in them or do they have to be purged with inert gas?
Who do you think it was who suggested to Yeltsin that Putin should be president? To be fair - if there’s no evidence that he’s supporting Putin or the war, he’s publicly acknowledging that it is a war, and he’s donating all this money to the victims, then I don’t think he deserves to be sanctioned.
We can’t just start sanctioning people because they are Russian. There has to be some evidence of/connection to wrongdoing. In calling it a war he’s already undermining Putin - Russia refuses to val it that and has banned its internal media from using the term.
i don’t think he’s got 50mt warheads on missiles, hypersonic or not. And even then hypersonic missiles are barely out of testing and probably not actively in service. They travel too fast and too low for traditional early warning systems to detect. Kaliningrad to London at 5X the speed of sound is about 12 minutes. I'd imagine a 50mt warhead wouldn't leave much of London standing
Give me something he’s done in brief that backs up what you’re saying. As said I know nowt about him so I’ll take your word for it.
Are you sure your dog doesn't have no link to Putin? looks familiarWhat a time to realise you have the same breed of dog as Vladimir Putin(Albeit mine isn’t purebred).
Pretty sure their lawyers will have something to say about thatYou must be logged on to see media items
Sorry to hear that, marra. That will leave a hell of a hole with you.
I know it’s early days, but do you have plans to get another?
Tell them to fuck off or they’ll be sanctioned.Pretty sure their lawyers will have something to say about that

I thought 20 mt was the largest.i don’t think he’s got 50mt warheads on missiles, hypersonic or not. And even then hypersonic missiles are barely out of testing and probably not actively in service.
