Russia invading Ukraine (NEWS/UPDATES)

Status
Not open for further replies.
Why is this knob head on Sky banging on about Russia being invaded by Germany in 41? They invaded the other half of Poland, which the Russians had invaded in 39, first. Hardly any of ww2 was actually fought on their soil ffs. Belarus/Ukraine took the brunt of it. German forces never made it further than the line Leningrad-Moscow-Stalingrad.

This shit needs correcting, instead our press go along with it. Wankers.
i think if you were to google Stalingrad (well Volgograd now) you'd be surprised at how far east it is

For some reason I always assumed it was either in eastern Ukraine or just over the border

Funny enough its the usual tory apologists on here who disagree with you.

The tories should be ashamed of their associations and give every grubby penny they have received off the Russians back in humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
I thought that post from Parliament was interesting and I'm anything but a Tory apologist as most people on here would be aware.

Many wont have a word said against them but aye they arent tories.

As @brandon has said this political. Plenty of Russian involvement in Brexit and Trump's successful election campaign.

Tory apologists want us to forget history now given what is happening.

Hopefully the message will get there in the end.

Also, should extend to any countries that deal in the grey market and become middle men.

This conflict/war/invasion (call it what you want) is inextricably linked to politics.

Whether you, I or anyone else likes that or not, it is completely unavoidable.

It’s like the people who whinge on when sport and politics mix, but then request Russia and Russian teams are banned from events.
That's the thing though marra, no room for politics in war in the 21st century. We just want more twitter video of shit being blown up. War, the new consumer drug!

Fantastic response from those companies there. Exactly what is needed. Put them back into the stone age not with rockets and bullets but by cutting them off from the rest of the world.

Turn them into another north Korea and see how long putin lasts
