Different issue to discuss at a different time, but athletes with learning difficulties are largely excluded from the Paralympics.

The young Russians have disappeared offline now. None of the large gaming sites has any Russian traffic. None playing in European servers. Gone full black out…

One of the first sure signs they are trying to completely stop info coming in from the outside world.

They really are being fed some terrible propaganda though. I watched RT yesterday which I'm sure is only a 1/10th as bad as actual Russian state media and it was just pure anti-West/EU/NATO. And pushing stories about genocide in Donbass. Including a piece with some madcap US conspiracy dude fighting with Donbass region rebels.

This will be completely counter productive for them. They will be wanting to find out why there’s a blackout now. The younger generation are very tech savvy and I’ve no doubt they will find out

On Radio 5 yesterday some expert says that Russians will be getting a lot of information from the internet. It just isn't easy to speak out and there will be many who are just patriotic.
