When so much in the world seems so horrible, its good to remember that most people are good and stories like this need to be told to help remind us of that

I think they may be actively considering what happens if they "go all out" and capture Kiev - and may be asking themselves if they honestly have the resources in-theater to do it given how badly they've fared thus far.I think people are being optimistic if they think Putin launched a full scale invasion just to call the whole thing off after 4 days with nothing gained.
I get the impression they will go all out tonight to capture Kyiv.
No pressure, but the fate of the whole world may lie in your hands. If I can dig out the bairns sketch book I'll have a think on but I'm not promising owt![]()
Worrying mind as would mean Putin is holding back on sending his top troops at this time. Could he have sent the conscripts and been sat back counting gun smoke. Would not put it past him.Think this is true. Might explain the 4 weeks camping out on the border. Guessing no phones allowed etc.
At very least I think the conscripts thought they'd be welcomed or at least accepted. Remember many of these lads will be as thick as whale spunk.
That’s us fucked thenNo pressure, but the fate of the whole world may lie in your hands.

Unless you want to be caught, they have essentially just handed themselves in.That did cross my mind I must admit![]()
This is an excellent development. Another unintended consequence of Putin’s actions.
Lukashenko should be nervous too. I’m sure his population are watching events in Ukraine and taking notes. His big friend is not proving quite as all powerful as they thought and if Putin goes Lukashenko will be next.
I really don’t believe there are many senior military staff anywhere in the world that would wish to be the first to launch a nuclear weapon. Those officers sitting with Putin will know the truth of the situation, they know they invaded another country and that NATO isn’t about to nuke Russia. They know it’s not going as well as they hoped and they know that launching nuclear missiles will destroy their country as well as others and millions of people will die.
They know the rest of the world is watching and judging their actions.
Let's see her plans before jumping to conclusions. That’s us fucked then
from a lampost ?Lukashenko all in with Putin.
Putin falls we could see a Mussolini style execution of Lukashenko.![]()
They've been getting Il-76s full of paratroopers shot down. Those aren't grunts who just learned to shoot a Kalashnikov on Thursday.Worrying mind as would mean Putin is holding back on sending his top troops at this time. Could he have sent the conscripts and been sat back counting gun smoke. Would not put it past him.
They could also capitalise and Anex some territories for themselves too. Like you say Syria and also Northern Iraq.Yep. One of most well armed in Europe.
They'll be profiting from this. I doubt very much that Russia will stay in Syria after this.
2nd largest military in NATO after USA.
