The concerning thing here is Putin is clearly sending in fodder in the first wave. Just throwing loads of young lads lives at it.

Explains why Ukraine have handled it fairly Well. Will inevitably be tougher when they’re fatigued and have to face proper Russian soldiers

That Russian carrier that transitted the channel a while ago had to be escorted by a tug for when it broke down

That's the only one they've got anarl. Their navy is pretty shite. Still have cruisers and battlecruisers which became obsolete in most other navies after WWII. Don't think they have many more destroyers and frigates than us and a few of those are getting on a bit. They also have five major naval bases so they're spread a bit thin.

Good news if true -

The feared leader of the Chechen Republic, a constituent of the Russian Federation, say “he does not want to fight against Ukraine.” His forces were considered shock troops and meant to bread terror in Ukraine. He and his forces are out of Russia’s Ukraine war!

Interesting if true, although other Twitter posts suggested one of his closest commanders was also killed today. If Chechnya suddenly turned on Moscow that would be very, very interesting.

Can I suggest people read a few comments below a tweet to see what other tw@tter users comments before they share it on here. As you can see someone says this "The UA army and authorities says that NO paratroopers were spotted above the city. Those were trace clouds from AA fire."

This will be an unpopular opinion. It's clear the Ukraine are putting a lot of propaganda out and that's being backed up by people trying to get social media stardom. I honestly think the Russians are slightly behind where they planned to be, but are on top of the battle. There's a lot of people getting sucked into this ideathe Ukrainians are doing a lot better than expected.
