True but that means they become more thinly spread and their lines of supply more complicated.Urgh, I don't like the sound of that tbh.
You're not the headmaster mate, sorry to break it to you.Can you start another thread about this? This is the third time I’ve asked someone to pack it in because I think this thread is better kept to the topic at hand. As I’ve said to the other two you are entitled to keep posting I’ll just stick you on ignore.
We're trying to get one of my wife's friend's old mom out..she has refused to leave, despite being in Donesk and on her own, for years. But things are now even worse and she has agreed to leave. Hopefully canada will move quickly given the large Ukarianian population here.
We should have people over there dealing with asylum applications. Grant temporary asylum status if it will speed things up and get them over here on chartered flightsThere are no flights out of Ukraine right now.
All other methods of transport rely on them travelling through at least one country to get to us - and the Home Office have said that they will send back refugees who enter “illegally” including passing through other countries.
The refugees can’t get here.

“The uk has failed to set up a legal route for refugees to get here”
didn't know that, very interesting. Any of them politicians?Ukrainians were instrumental in the early development of western Canada..carving out a livelihood on the high northern plain 100 odd years ago wasn't the life for many western europeans. They were given a piece of land and little else....why today Canada now has the third largest Ukrainian population in the world behind the country itself and Russia...

The deputy prime minister Crista Freeland is a big supporter and comes from a Ukrainian background . As a young woman she worked in what was then the Ukraine part of the Soviet union on helping the independence movement. so much so she was banned from the country by the KGB and is still not allowed in Russia.didn't know that, very interesting. Any of them politicians?

This thread has been quite valuable in keeping up with events. I’m happy to ignore the peripheral stuff.I’d expect better from you mind, you’re usually a decent poster.
Clearly feeling left out bless him, had to manufacture some reason to redirect the conversation around himselfI thought you were an advocate for free speech
