Even the French have now woken up to what is going on.

I suspect it’s a difficult decision for all nations particularly with Germany’s history. It looks like a crazy decision from the outside to not provide military arms but there may be national politics that need to be consider (history of east and west Germany and relationship to communism).

Think we have to remember there is a new coalition in power and from that article they are seeking to be less influential on a military front and perhaps change the perception of Germany. It may well have been a different story if Merkal had been in charge.

I think we should agree to disagree at this point, because I am not going to drop all the information and nuance that exists in the centre because you demand it. Is that morally ambiguous? Ask yourself if morality is singular and universal first.

Amidst the darkness we are seeing great humanity. I hope the UK do their bit. There'll be lots of Polish homes hosting Ukrainian families. I'm not sure whether this is a fair intimation but I'd like to think that those who malign the UK for not being as forthcoming in accepting refugees would be happy to host fleeing families.

If this happened outside of a war, all equipment which may be affected by a fault would be pulled from use until the fault is fixed. Secondly, I don’t believe for a moment it’s faulty, but they need to publicly justify that video.
