I certainly don’t understand the complexities of international credit card trading and who would have the ability to pull the plug on those services in Russia and who would take the hit on any default but the risks involved in providing credit to any Russian must be rising exponentially

A statement posted on Facebook said Ukrainian air defence forces had brought the plane down near Vasylkiv, close to Kyiv.

The statement called it revenge for when a plane with Ukrainian paratroopers was shot down at Luhansk airport in 2014.

8 years on and almost everyone is now reliant on cards/online payments.
 
The Russian's can't even feed their troops in their own country never mind supply/resupply troops on the ground in the ukraine.
If Ukraine can hold on for a few days this could get interesting.

obviously i'm not sure what imagery/videos you're talking about but just be aware that many MLRS type rockets use boosters which are discarded in flight and then fall to earth, like this one. they look like a legit weapon but have no warhead:

Surely he wants them to cut a deal and make him look like he won something.
