Take everything with a pinch of salt, I’ve seen footage from the south of the country showing a huge Ukraine army column decimated. Both sides are no doubt suffering losses but God knows what the actual scale is.

Even if that’s right I don't think it's a big loss in terms of personnel for the Russians. It's very likely their first wave was by cannon fodder who have spent months sat on the boarder getting hammered on vodka and playing cards.
