The first post in this horror show that's made me feel a flicker of hope. Come on people of Russia. Show us your fibre! They could be heroes! There should be millions on the street.

Thanks for posting.

Know much about Soviet history? This isn't a nation lacking in form for sending huge slices of its population to long-term prison.
Nope, not much, but I don't rule out the possible...numbers would do it, and russians have the resolve to do that.

Mad we see Men from the Ukraine taking up arms and kissing goodbye to their kids to defend their country.

Meanwhile many men in britain have spent 2 years crying about their civil rights because the pubs were shut for a bit and they had to stick a mask on for 20 mins to go into Aldi.
Here we go :lol::rolleyes:

I’ve said it before but Putin was signing his own death warrant when he ordered this invasion. It’s a massive miscalculation from him.

It will either be his own generals or the oligarchs that will take him out

For the moment. But only because the Lords kicked the bill back
I'm only talking about now, not the past or the future...living in those two places is the reason for this thread existing. The majority of conversation in the HOC are about the past and future, and until we all deal with the here and now, nothing is going to change.

When Johnson announces he is ‘intending’ to freeze assets / sanction certain Russia born nationals in the uk. Is he just really giving them notice to move their assets before it becomes more difficult. ( it’s almost like he’s doing them a favour )

Would be interesting if these individuals are having their assets monitored
