Ukraine has called up all reservists 18-60. That’s a regular and reserve army of 500,000 people. Most Western trained directly or indirectly over the last decade

Would be over the moon to see a war avoided at all costs. But it looks like Russia will attack regardless and if they do I hope Ukraine give them a good bloody nose because Putin clearly thinks this will be a walkover.

Personally Im of the opinion that Putin couldn’t give a toss about how costly it is or is not, his pride is driving him and he’s only hearing what he wants to hear add to that he’s spinning everything to paint himself as the good guy

Agree with that but if it isn’t the rollover he’s expecting it to be then the Russian public might have a change of opinion. It’s 2022 where I would imagine most 18-40 year olds wouldn’t want to be called up to go to war.
