Many not versed in the lingo would take it as being KLD has total control, and will feel conned.

KLD and his legal team must have thought this would happen and that it would keep the fans onside.

It’s a total mess. And how people can say they’ve no interest in boardroom affairs bewilders me. What we’ve witnessed over the last two weeks both on and off the park is a direct consequence of having a polycratic system of ownership. Chaos ensues. How can people not join those dots?!

He and the the other shareholders have seen enough coverage that all local media, social outlets etc have repeatedly made reference to KLD as the major shareholder at the club, KLD or anyone else has never come out to clarify otherwise, which is simply a disgrace to the clubs supporters. This is the lowest point ever between the basket case of a club and it’s magnificent supporters who deserve so much better than this.

I genuinely fear for where we go now. For me KLD must buy the others out or seek to find another buyer, there lies the problem.

Hi mate, I do genuinely hear what you what you are saying , however I am suggesting that the wording of the statement was designed to do just what you say happened to mislead and not lie, therefore why would they correct misrepresentation when it had the desired effect. When they get called upon it, they state they never said that, and have the evidence to prove it. People on this thread have said they have lied, I am saying we have been mislead, in most eyes that is no difference, however legally it is massive.
 
I’m hugely disappointed in the facts. I think the language needed clarification and was deliberately vague to say what we wanted to hear. I’m prepared to see what further clarification there is about how the club is run before judging but there needs to be more about who actually controls what in real life no share numbers. Apart from the back end of the window and there odd signing error I think the club have made progress since KLD. Im not hitting myself with a rock yet - but if there was anything I could do to ensure the club made progress and Donald and Methven got no profit at the same time I’d be doing it.

When did they uncover the murderous mag regime? What bit don’t you understand?
They are quite happy to out a deceitful, lying Sunderland ownership, but neglected to call out NUFC owners for what they are. They didn’t, they lapped it up as being the ”richest club in the world”
